What do I do if my shipment is damaged or my product is not working?

If you believe the product is defective, please try one more small mixture following the instructions. Often times, the mixture is too large and was not mixed thoroughly enough for the epoxy and resin to react. Sometimes customers are used to another product being 2:1 ratio and some products are 1:1 (just double check). 😎

If the product was damaged during shipping, please save the packaging and take a photo of the Product + Packaging + and Order number and detail the items damaged.
