What do I do if I received the wrong items?

Sometimes our little elves place the wrong items in the box. We apologize for the inconvenience this can create.  Please send an email to support@theepoxyresinstore.com with the following:

1. Your order number

2. Photo of what you received along with the order slip that came with it

3. Photo of the shipping label on the box, showing the round sticker on it.

Once we confirm your original order against what you just received, we will move you to the top of the list and ship out a new package.
