What do I do if I received the wrong items?

Sometimes our little elves place the wrong items in the box. We apologize for the inconvenience this can create. 

Just email us your order number, explain in detail BOTH what you received and what you need. Send us a picture of what you received along with the order slip that came with it.

Once we confirm your original order against what you just received, we will move you to the top of the list and ship out a new package.
