What do I do if my shipment/package did not arrive? 

Please refer to the tracking number provided within your order confirmation emails or texts. You can also search via https://www.theepoxyresinstore.com/pages/order-lookup

FedEx, UPS, DHL often have direct contact with the delivery driver and can call them while they are still working. We have found many times they either could not find the address listed, the box was placed at the wrong address or signed by someone who did not let you know it arrived yet. 

The tracking information typically will show the address and name of the person released to. 

USPS often require a phone call during business hours to find any tracking information. If the package could not be located via phone a "missing mail" request needs to be submitted online.

Additionally, check any possible video surveillance you or neighbors may have access to. Unfortunately, package theft from doorsteps is on the rise.
