How much do I need to apply epoxy as a seal coat 96' feet?

The recommended amount often depends on:

1. The desired thickness...
2. How it is applied (IE: A brush will vary from a roller and the type of roller can change things too).

With that being said, based your description of covering 96 sq feet, 2 - 6 gallons would likely get the job done.

-- 2 gallons would likely do the trick applied as a thin seal coat with a brush to simply seal pores.

-- 6 gallons would be more likely if you wanted to apply a seal coat, allow it to cure, and then roll on an approximate 1/8" flood coat.

Hope this helps.
