What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
The containers are not meant to be filled all the way to the top. Please leave room for minute damage/leak during transit.
Please send an email to email@example.com with the following:
1. Your order number
2. Photo of the damaged container, showing clearly the leaked amount and which part of the kit it is, whether part A or B.
3. Photo of the shipping label on the box showing the round sticker on it.
Once we have all this, we will process and ship your replacement for the leaked amount. If you prefer a refund instead, just let us know.
